At Gateway Disc Sports, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new discs or equipment aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in new, unthrown condition with original tags and packaging still intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our Missouri headquarters.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
